This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the US warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 2 days to arrive.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hrs. (Monday – Friday) using USPS or UPS FedEx and DHL.

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered.
